Several of the lifts on the Les Chavannes side of Les Gets connect to the even more extensive Morzine ski area and the standard ski pass covers both resorts. From Morzine one can take a frequent bus service to Avoriaz or use the Super-Morzine telecabine to link to the Avoriaz lift system. A comprehensive lift pass covers all of these resorts and even extends beyond Avoriaz to include the Swiss resorts at the other end of Les Portes du Soleil.

Altogether, the systems accessible from Les Gets form one of the most extensive lift networks in the world (some sources say the most extensive with over 400 miles of piste) with enough skiing to keep even the keenest skiers on new runs for the whole holiday and with a host of mountain restaurants for lunch or just a hot chocolate .
